Privacy and cookies

This page explains what data www.oneon.world collects, why, for how long and how you can have it deleted. It covers the website, the waiting list and the founder reservation.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Guido Casati, Via Esterna del Molino 7/A, 24040 Stezzano (BG), Italy, IT04378230165. For any question about your data write to studio@neverblank.com.
What data
- Email and language, when you join the waiting list.
- Your role at the table (Game Master, player or both) and the campaign or link you came from.
- Your answers to the short survey after the reservation, if you fill it in.
- Outcome and identifiers of the founder reservation payment. Card details are handled by Stripe, we never see them.
- Pages viewed, device and where the visit came from, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- The technical data every server logs (IP address, browser) to run and protect the website.
Why we use it
- To keep you on the list and write to you when the doors open and about OnéoN news. Legal basis: your consent, given by leaving your email and withdrawable at any time.
- To handle the founder reservation you paid for. Legal basis: the contract and tax obligations.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work. Legal basis: your consent to analytics cookies.
- To run the website and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
Who sees it
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf, bound by an agreement: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments) and Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent). We do not sell your data or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Data outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long
- Waiting list: as long as you stay on it. If you ask to leave we delete your data within 30 days, and in any case we keep it no longer than 24 months after the last email we sent you.
- Founder reservation: 10 years for the data tax law requires us to keep.
- Google Analytics: 2 months for data about single visits.
- Server technical data: the short time hosting providers need it for security.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing. You can withdraw consent whenever you want, and what was done before stays valid. Just write to studio@neverblank.com. If you think we handle your data unlawfully you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
The website only uses what it needs to work, plus analytics cookies if you accept them. You can change your mind any time from the «Cookies» link at the bottom of the page.
